About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Technicians to support Fiber validation, auditing, and troubleshooting activities. This role involves verifying and validating infrastructure, assisting in troubleshooting connectivity and configuration issues, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory, connectivity, and documentation across network assets. The technician will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and document findings in clear audit reports with recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of EDP / technical design documentation
• Knowledge of telecom / network infrastructure concepts
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (Layer 1)
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with telecom, ISP, or enterprise network environments
• Familiarity with fiber and copper infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Support Fiber audit activities, including verification and validation of infrastructure
• Assist in troubleshooting, identifying connectivity and configuration issues
• Validate inventory, connectivity, and documentation accuracy across network assets
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
• Document findings and provide clear audit reports and recommendations
