About The Position
Join our team as a Fiber Optic Operator – Level 1, where you will perform essential assembly tasks including inserting fiber segments into connectors, installing backshells, and routing assemblies on form boards. You will follow controlled documentation and established processes to ensure high-quality, accurate builds that meet customer specifications and QMS standards within a clean, teamwork-focused manufacturing environment.
