About The Position

This role is for a Fiber Groundman and Truck Driver who will work as part of an overhead telecom crew. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and preparing tools, supplies, equipment, and materials for the job site. The individual will assist in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor, and handle physically demanding construction duties.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL-A.
• Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions.
• Must be committed to working safely.

Nice To Haves

• Groundman/Lineman training preferred.
