Primary Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision Follow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all times Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned Job Duties Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment High attention to detail and quality of work Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures Veterans Welcome At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
