About The Position

We’re working with a telecom client supporting a large Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) build and are looking to bring on a Construction Coordinator. This role will support both field operations and project coordination to keep jobs moving on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in OSP construction (inspector, field supervisor, or designer)
• Knowledge of fiber, coax, or HFC networks
• Familiar with FTTH builds, cost estimating, and vendor coordination

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with telecom or CATV construction vendors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction vendors in the field
• Review job designs before construction starts
• Track project progress and help keep timelines on schedule
• Review as-builts, production reports, and invoices for accuracy
• Assist with cost estimates, RFPs, and labor bids
• Coordinate materials, permits, and contractor milestones
• Ensure quality standards and SLA requirements are met
• Use project tools (Workfront) to track progress and updates
• Act as a point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and vendors
