FFS Evaluator/Psychologist
About The Position
The Hagedorn Little Village School is seeking a certified school psychologist or a licensed psychologist to work within the Committee for Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Evaluation Department as a fee-for-service evaluator. The primary responsibility is to conduct and write cognitive evaluations (i.e., WPPSI-IV, SB-5, Bayley-4, Vineland-3, BASC-3, Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist, etc.) and to complete the child’s Individual Education Plan. The typical age range of children receiving evaluations is 2.5 -5 years old. Evaluations are typically conducted between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday in person at The Hagedorn Little Village School. Testing protocols and office space are provided. Testing kits are available.
Requirements
- Certified school psychologist or a licensed psychologist
- Ability to conduct and write cognitive evaluations
- Familiarity with tests such as WPPSI-IV, SB-5, Bayley-4, Vineland-3, BASC-3, Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist
