The FFC Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for driving compliance with daily safety requirements and building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers. This role involves tracking key performance indicators across administrative support, inventory, and quality assurance, and supporting FFC services by complying with policies and procedures. The supervisor will assist with physical inventory, interacting with various IT, corporate, and warehouse management systems to investigate and fix complex technical issues. They will also participate closely in inventory system testing and integration, create reports for inventory visibility, and research inventory-related issues. Additionally, the role includes developing monthly reports on inspection and audit performance, auditing customer fulfillment and store replenishment orders, and evaluating/recommending alternative auditing procedures. The supervisor will interpret and support quality policies, implement guidelines for compliance, and adhere to quality processes, identifying issues and gaps. They will perform delivery management, oversee load planning and allocation, and report quality metrics to leadership. Developing new methods to resolve issues, troubleshooting emergency situations, and analyzing operational needs are also key functions. The supervisor will lead efforts in administrative, inventory, and quality tasks, support training, and communicate effectively with associates. They will monitor productivity, drive continuous improvement, approve off-standard hours, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and offer developmental opportunities. The role also involves participating in the hiring process, training new hires, resolving conflicts, sponsoring associates through change, and responding to incidents. Collaboration with other FFC teams is essential for consistent processes.
