About The Position

Seeking Festoon Assemblers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-directed, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Team members should be comfortable solving problems and working collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of assembly experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Ability to use measurement devices
• Must be able to obtain in-house forklift and overhead crane certification
• Ability to safely operate equipment per company standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
• Frequent reaching, lifting, and handling of materials
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Must have adequate vision including depth perception and color vision
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Client Interview Required

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of structural and electrical components
• Complete electrical installations according to wiring specifications
• Operate tools such as drills, impacts, grinders, and other hand tools
• Connect color-coded wiring systems
• Review diagrams and production orders, escalating discrepancies as needed
• Collaborate with engineering and sales regarding design or production issues
• Ensure accuracy of product specifications and final output quality
• Communicate corrections to maintain consistency in future production
• Support and maintain quality systems and company policies
• Follow 5S initiatives and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
