Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients
• Manage post-op calls and any clinical calls via triage line
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures
• Coordinate in cycle male procedures that correspond with female IVF cycles, as well as setting up outside procedures
• Schedule treatment/testing after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
