About The Position
US Fertility, a leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator for Urology to join their team at RMA of New York in Eastside, New York. This role involves floating to Westside, New York, with potential for some remote work. Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience working with electronic medical records a must
- High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients
- Manage post-op calls and any clinical calls via triage line
- Provide patient/couple counseling
- Educate patients on procedures
- Coordinate in cycle male procedures that correspond with female IVF cycles, as well as setting up outside procedures
- Schedule treatment/testing after initial and follow up visits
- Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
