Requirements

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic construction tools
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems
• Work with chain link, vinyl (PVC), wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing
• Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
• Install rails, wire, gates, and hardware
• Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
• Operate hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Work efficiently with a crew to complete projects on schedule
