About The Position
GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability for passionate personal trainers who are tired of the traditional gym environment. You will have the freedom to train on your terms with clients who are eager for your coaching, without the pressures of rent, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. The company is a leader in mobile personal training, providing clients directly to trainers and offering independence without walls.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
