About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train on your terms with clients who want your coaching, without the typical gym environment. If you are passionate about personal training and crave freedom, this is your lane. We are looking for certified individuals who love helping people hit their goals and want flexibility, autonomy, and stability, while being tired of the gym grind.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
