About The Position
GYMGUYZ is seeking a passionate and certified Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training sessions. This role offers the freedom to train on your terms, with clients who actively seek your coaching. Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ brings fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations, eliminating the need for rent, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
