About The Position

At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for a passionate and certified Exercise Specialist to deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability, allowing you to train on your terms with clients who want your coaching. You will design personalized programs, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and represent GYMGUYZ's core values.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
