Female Exercise Specialist
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for a passionate Exercise Specialist to deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. You will design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability for individuals tired of the traditional gym grind. You will represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities

- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
