Female Exercise Specialist
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $X–$X per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers use the GYMGUYZ App to design personalized programs and conduct reassessments, while motivating clients and tracking their progress. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Trainers work independently while receiving support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage schedules efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
- Collaborate with the team.
