About The Position

At Draycott Nursing & Care, we care about care! We are looking for a Female Carer to join our team. Established three decades ago, we are a leader in the Domiciliary care market. Building excellent, lasting relationships with our clients and local support units such as GPs, Pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals. We like to match our carers’ schedules to our clients’ needs, which may vary from physical and practical support to social and emotional care. Domiciliary care is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs. As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more. If you enjoy caring for people and making a positive difference in their lives, this could be the ideal role for you. Requirements

Minimum of 6 - 12 months’ professional care experience
Flexible availability
Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement (or show proof of being on the DBS Update Service)
Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship

Responsibilities

Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy
Assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more.
