About The Position

The College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a (Remote) Part-time Fellow. This position is part-time and non-benefits eligible. The (Remote) Part-time Fellow will provide technical assistance to applicants and potential applicants in submitting successful applications and to successfully complete demolition projects for the Land Redevelopment Initiative program (LRI).

Requirements

• J.D. From ABA - accredited law school
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and EXCEL
• Proficiency in Google platforms including Google Docs and Zoom
• Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects
• Ability to write effectively
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in a real estate office

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance during implementing of the LRI Program
• Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic’s activities as to the LRI program
