About The Position

The Senior Fellow Program is an immersive management training experience designed for highly ambitious early-career professionals with 2–3 years of work experience who are ready to operate at the center of a complex, purpose-driven organization. Senior Fellows work directly with PMI U.S.’s senior leadership—including the Office of the CEO—to help shape the business’s future and advance its mission to unsmoke America. Over 18 to 24 months, Fellows gain deep exposure to corporate strategy, brand building, communications, finance, and commercial execution before, subject to performance, being given the opportunity to move into a permanent role where they can grow and flourish. This is not a rotational program designed for observation. It is designed for hands-on contributions and ownership. The Fellow will rotate into one to three of PMI U.S.’s core business functions—most likely Finance, Corporate Strategy and/or Commercial—to broaden strategic exposure and develop the operational fluency required for a permanent leadership role. Rotational placements will be shaped by both business need and the Fellow’s demonstrated strengths. Across all rotations, the Fellow will be expected to contribute meaningfully from day one—not simply observe—and to develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making, among other areas, in preparation for the responsibilities of a permanent role.
