FEI Groom/Manager - Ocala
About The Position
Looking for a full-time (live-in or live-out), experienced FEI groom/manager to be based in Ocala, Florida. The ideal candidate has experience with high-performance sport horses, is confident handling young and developing horses, and is comfortable traveling to select shows/FEI competitions. Strong horsemanship, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Responsibilities include daily horse care (grooming, tacking, untacking), turnout, barn upkeep and organization, and coordinating with vets and farriers. Some riding may be available depending on experience, but it is not guaranteed. Potential to grow into a larger role within the program!
