About The Position

Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time Feeding Therapist at our Lake Highlands clinic in Dallas, Texas. This role is for a Speech-Language Pathologist with feeding expertise who sees a family’s table as more than a place to eat, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver. The clinic is purpose-built for pediatric therapy, with a focus on evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

Requirements

  • Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing
  • VitalStim certification, or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
  • Medicaid credentialing preferred, or willingness to complete immediately upon hire
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding therapy — evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across a wide range of feeding needs
  • Deep understanding of oral-motor development, dysphagia management, sensory feeding challenges, and mealtime behavioral dynamics
  • Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely
  • A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values
