About The Position
You will be part of the Feed team and responsible for selling feed & farm supplies to customers, primarily, and assisting with other counter sales. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, following through on requests, and actively seeking the right products.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to help customers.
- Takes pride in making sure the customer leaves happy.
Nice To Haves
- Some livestock/animal experience (familiarity with feeding livestock, working with them).
- Understanding of parts inventory, sales, and stocking.
Responsibilities
- Selling feed over the counter and in the field as needed.
- Working closely with the Feed Manager to maintain proper stocking levels, inventory aging, and pre-season booking orders.
- Back-filling other parts positions as required (e.g., powersports, irrigation, farm supplies), which includes having a basic knowledge of products and assisting customers with various sales.
- Ensuring every customer walks away satisfied by listening to their needs, following through, and going the extra step to find the right product.
