About The Position

This position is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable to change, and a resourceful self-starter who works well with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience as a Mill or Machine Operator in feed line manufacturing or in a warehouse/production setting is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Mill or Machine Operator in feed line manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing all goods within quality specifications.
• Accurately accounts for feed production and inventory.
• Maintains and adjusts equipment to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Consistently commits to all safety standards and demonstrates safe behavior.
• Adheres to all FDA requirements, as well as accurate documentation.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Has the ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.
