About The Position

We are looking for a Feed Mill Supervisor for Pilgrim’s in Lufkin, Texas. Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in poultry industry required
• 2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.
