About The Position
The Feed Mill Mix Batcher is responsible for mixing of mill ingredients and ration batches. This role involves running multiple pieces of equipment used in the feed mill, monitoring ingredient inventory levels, and manufacturing product to ensure specifications and HACCP requirements are met. The position also includes greasing and lubricating machinery, maintaining a clean environment, adjusting machines as needed, operating a forklift, and overseeing computer automation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication & division
- Experience in production related work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pound bags.
Responsibilities
- Run multiple pieces of equipment used in the feed mill.
