About The Position

The individual selected for this position will assume all duties of Feedmill Maintenance Person. This role involves the operation and upkeep of machines in the Maintenance Department, with opportunities for training in other departmental jobs. The position requires a proactive and motivated team member with good decision-making and communication skills.

Requirements

• Ability to do administrative duties and records (P.M.’s, logs, etc.).

• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and possibly different shifts (day, evening, or night).
• Willingness to travel to other locations for projects.
• Willingness to get pipe certification in welding.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Mechanical ability.
• Ability to apply common sense.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Team player willing to work close to other employees.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Successful background check.

Nice To Haves

• Two years' experience.
• Skills in mechanics, welding, and electrical fields.
• Mechanical experience.
• Food or production experience.

Responsibilities
