About The Position

This position is responsible to operate unloading equipment to unload all incoming bulk ingredients on rail and/or truck. This role involves 12-hour shifts rotating nights and working every other weekend from 7 pm to 7 am, with 36 to 48 hour weeks. The candidate must be motivated and able to swing a sledgehammer for an extended length of time. This position is only open to current team members at this facility or complex. If the job bid does not produce eligible candidates, probationary team members that applied will be considered. Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

Must be motivated
Able to swing a sledgehammer for an extended length of time
Team members with more than 6 attendance points will be disqualified
Team members with a Written Warning in the past 6 months
PT Team members are ineligible to bid on a FT position
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
