About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team. The specialist drives and operates a feed delivery truck and assists with operational responsibilities in and around the feed mill, ensuring customers receive quality feed on schedule and excellent customer service. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise through work experience and company-provided training, with recognition and rewards for contributions. Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL.
• Strong driving record.
• Strong work ethic and self-starting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Some mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as the job demands.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a feed delivery truck.
• Assist with operational responsibilities in and around the feed mill.
• Ensure customers receive quality feed products on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
