About The Position

This is a part-time Fee For Service Therapist position requiring a minimum of 9 hours and a maximum of 21 hours per week. The role involves providing verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or groups, conducting intakes, assessing client needs, formulating treatment plans, and coordinating services with other healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely patient records is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC in Clinical Social Work or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in groups setting.
• Conduct intakes as needed.
• Assess clients’ need for services.
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
• Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
• Maintain current and timely records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
