About The Position
FFS Sullivan County is seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses to join their team. This role offers a flexible schedule with no night shifts or forced long hours, promoting a better work-life balance. Nurses will have the freedom to manage their own schedules and utilize professional autonomy with office support available when needed. The position involves working closely with patients and families, educating the community, and preventing hospitalizations. Requirements
- NYS RN License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent clinical skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
- Home Care (CHHA) experience required
