About The Position

Box Logistics is seeking experienced FedEx Ground Drivers with an active badge to join our permanent team out of the North Wales, PA terminal. This is a full-time, permanent W-2 position, not a 1099 or seasonal role. Drivers will operate company-provided FedEx P1000 step vans and complete local routes, returning home every day. The role requires 5 days of work per week, including one weekend day, with an optional 6th day available. The start time is 8:00 AM at the FedEx terminal located at 1360 Welsh Rd, North Wales, PA 19454. We are looking for drivers with a clean record and a commitment to meeting FedEx standards.

Requirements

• Active FedEx badge in good standing
• Minimum 18 months of FedEx Ground driving experience
• Excellent scan compliance (no Code 27s, no Code 85s)
• Strong RYDE score
• 100% of manifest stops completed, every day (FedEx standards, full stop)
