About The Position

Unifi Aviation is seeking individuals to join their growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and have empathy. No experience is required as paid training is provided. This role is responsible for transporting airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely, assisting customers with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bus.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A/B).
• Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Nice To Haves

• No experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection, report deficiencies, and complete all reports.
• Provide pleasant customer service, assist with luggage, and address customer service - related questions and issues.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure effective fleet operations.
• Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
