About The Position

This role provides general assistance and support to an on-campus department or an off-campus non-profit or community service organization. Federal Work Study students can work up to 25 hours per week in student service and community service positions. Eligible and approved FWS employment positions may be on campus or off campus in approved non-profit community service organizations.

Requirements

• Must be an active student at the Fortis Institute in Scranton
• Must have been awarded FWS funds through financial aid.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Must be trustworthy and be able to follow directions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior working knowledge of basic computer operation is desirable.
