About The Position
This role is for a Federal Work Study student to assist the Health Education Center at UTMB. The student will be involved in various organizational, logistical, and design tasks to support the center's activities and orientations.
Requirements
- Be an active UTMB student in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and Maintaining Supply Inventory
- Assist with UTMB Student Orientations (vendor table setup, engagement, breakdown)
- Planning, Setup, Cleanup for weekly/monthly IPEP Core Curriculum activities and sessions (Disaster Days, GTX-GEMS, What’s Wrong with Warren and Symposium)
- Assist in Promotional Design Materials
- All Assigned Duties per Student’s Skillset and Interests
