This role is for a Tax Manager to join a dynamic team, responsible for providing tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow leadership skills and contribute to the success of the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Active CPA License required
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in tax from a public accounting firm and/or corporate blend
• Advanced technical and tax accounting skills in the areas of C-Corp & Partnerships
• Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills
• Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship
• Act ethically and with integrity at all times

Nice To Haves

• Masters in Taxation or JD/LLM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within various dynamic industries.
• Perform tax research and work with clients on tax matters.
• Implement special projects related to tax.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with tax engagement teams.
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies.
• Prepare tax calculations.
• Manage client relationships.
• Develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
• Lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
