About The Position

Member of the Guidehouse Federal Subcontracts team responsible for performing critical contract formation and administration of subcontract functions. As a Federal Subcontracts Senior Associate, you will also assist Guidehouse’s public sector teams with formation, administration and close out of US Government subcontracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Four (4) + years of work experience ideally in a subcontracts or procurement capacity in the Federal government marketplace.
• Effective customer service orientation and organization skills while paying close attention to detail.
• Proactive listening and interpersonal skills to maintain a high level of productivity in an environment that places high priority upon success-driven teamwork.
• Verbal and written communications expressed in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite to draft and review documents, analyze data, and prepare related presentations.

Responsibilities

• Performing critical contract formation and administration of subcontract functions.
• Assisting Guidehouse’s public sector teams with formation, administration and close out of US Government subcontracts.
• Interacting with subcontractors and consultants/vendors related to prime contracts and higher-level subcontracts for the US Government, including senior-level officials and internal company leadership.
• Teaming with, and supporting the efforts of Guidehouse’s Federal Contracts Department, client service professionals, legal, compliance, finance, and security functions.
• Managing subcontracts so that they are readily accessible, maintained, and stored physically and electronically in accordance with US Government and Guidehouse records retention policies.
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
