Requirements

  • Travel to client sites, project locations, and federal facilities as required.
  • Maintain eligibility for access to U.S. Government facilities, systems, and information, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or higher security clearance when required by contract.
  • Working knowledge of Department of War security requirements, DD Form 254 coordination, access documentation, VAR processing, and contract security compliance processes.
  • Understanding of CUI, classified information, PII, proprietary information, and related information safeguarding requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in managing security-related documentation, deadlines, records, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and Government representatives.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive, protected, or security-related information.
  • Ability to gather stakeholder input and incorporate specialized knowledge into recommendations and proposed solutions.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze information from databases, scanned documents, surveys, customer feedback, and other sources.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write memos, reports, and briefings for managers, executives, and project stakeholders.
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Self-directed practitioner with project management and project delivery skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CMMC, cybersecurity compliance, information safeguarding practices, and administrative, physical, and technical controls preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus.
  • Preferred experience working with or for the Department of War, including contract security, facility access, CUI handling, CMMC, or related compliance support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project point of contact for contract security requirements, including DD Form 254 coordination, Department of War security guidance, controlled information handling, and project-specific security procedures.
  • Coordinate personnel, subcontractor, and facility access requirements for federal facilities, including travel authorization packages, visit authorization requests (VARs), clearance documentation, and other required access records.
  • Assist with safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, operationally sensitive information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), proprietary information, and other protected Government or third-party information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contract requirements, and Government direction.
  • Support Facility Security Officer responsibilities, including personnel security, facility clearance coordination, subcontractor security documentation, and related compliance activities.
  • Support Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and related cybersecurity compliance efforts through documentation, coordination, process tracking, and implementation support.
  • Research assigned areas or issues and write formal and informal reports that summarize information, analyze alternatives, and support client objectives.
  • Support project execution by preparing reports, technical documents, presentations, programming documents (e.g., DD1391s), Planning Charrette Reports (PCRs), and other project deliverables.
  • Meet with clients and their representatives, individually or as part of a team, to present results, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Provide project management assistance, including budgeting, scheduling, organizing teams, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, quality assurance, and invoicing.
  • Support proposal development by drafting approach, schedule, technical, or other content in response to requests for proposals or requests for qualifications.
