Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee key federal advocacy initiatives, shape legislative strategy, and engage directly with congressional committees.
Track and monitor federal legislation to support the organization's overarching legislative goals.
Develop, manage, and execute grassroots lobbying initiatives and campaigns.
Guide and support ministry markets and subsidiaries to ensure their advocacy aligns with the coordinated, system-wide strategy.
Partner with team members to assess organizational needs and organize workshops that optimize learning and performance.
Manage associated system databases and develop targeted tools to ensure the success of advocacy projects.
