Kleinfelder, a Forbes' Top Employer for Engineers in North America, is seeking a Federal Marketing and Strategy Manager for its South Division. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing communications programs, both internal and external, to effectively promote Kleinfelder and its services. The manager will provide strategic leadership for the company’s federal marketing, communications, positioning, and growth initiatives. A key aspect of the role involves leading the Kleinfelder Client Insight Program to enhance market visibility, brand differentiation, client engagement, and align marketing activities with federal business development objectives. This position requires collaboration with divisional BD Support Managers to share best practices and minimize redundancies, as well as with business development, capture, proposal, operational, and technical teams to ensure a consistent and compelling message to federal clients and partners. The role involves evaluating existing practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategies for long-term growth and market expansion, working independently or with senior management. The manager will utilize industry knowledge to guide marketing investments, communications strategies, client engagement, and growth priorities.
