This role supports management of federal financial and transformation initiatives, ensuring project scope, schedule, and deliverables are executed effectively. The analyst will contribute to Program Management Office (PMO) activities, including the development and maintenance of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. They will coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to support governance processes, including preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and meeting materials. The position also involves supporting federal financial activities such as tracking budgets, forecasts, and burn rates, and assisting in the development of financial status reports and dashboards. Additionally, the role assists in the development and implementation of cost allocation methodologies, supports billing and financial management processes, and aids in the development of financial policies and procedures. Audit readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, change management, and maintaining project documentation are also key responsibilities. The analyst will identify risks and issues, escalate them as appropriate, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
