The Employment Coordinator is responsible for leading the employment component of the program to include job coaching, job placement, and job tracking. This includes facilitating job readiness groups, job placements, job development with area employers and monitoring of resident income, hours worked and job development with area employers. Requirements
- Associate’s degree with one (1) year experience in social services, social work, behavioral science or education field
- Education and verifiable work experience with at-risk populations is required (homeless, veterans, behavioral health, drug or alcohol addiction, employment, youth or residential
- Must be able to exhibit an ability to engage or intervene with residents experiencing crisis
