Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Experience in grounds maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines, instructions, and material safety data sheets.
- Ability to write simple reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
- Regular standing and walking.
- Frequent use of hands and arms.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Perform custodial cleaning.
- Conduct grounds maintenance.
- Complete seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing.
- Collect waste and recycling.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Perform floor care.
- Clean windows.
- Perform general upkeep of assigned areas.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment.
- Follow established safety procedures.
- Communicate any concerns or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
