This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies. Drive execution of critical features within the Workplace and Commercial Credit Technology programs, supporting delivery across the Deals & Underwriting Train and ensuring alignment to Agile priorities, engineering standards, and business outcomes. The Feature Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of specific features or workstreams within Agile teams. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives. The role combines technical leadership, Agile execution, and delivery accountability, with a strong focus on coordination across teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to engineering, risk, and compliance standards. Feature Leads play a critical role in bridging business requirements, product priorities, and engineering execution, while helping consistency and quality across Salesforce, Mule, and enterprise integration platforms.
