About The Position

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs technology career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. Its cohort-based programs are built on its own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. The team is fully remote and globally distributed. TripleTen is seeking a subject matter expert to help create and deliver its Forward Deployed Engineering curriculum. The role is part of a team of senior authors and focuses on designing projects and course content for working production engineers—primarily senior and staff backend engineers, and occasionally engineering managers—who are moving into forward-deployed AI work. The curriculum addresses agentic systems and the client-facing aspects of delivery. The work is asynchronous and estimated at 20 hours per week. Applicants should submit resumes or CVs in English.

  • At least 7 years of professional engineering experience and currently working at senior level or above, such as Senior, Lead, or Staff Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or technical lead on customer-facing delivery.
  • Personally owned deployments end to end in real client or enterprise environments, from the first call through production go-live and adoption.
  • Practical experience with databases and infrastructure needed to run student projects, such as cloud environments, containers, version control, and CI where relevant.
  • Ability to break complex technical work into scoped, assessable tasks at a defined difficulty level.
  • Strong written English communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, unambiguous instructional text.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with instructional design and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring, teaching, tutoring, or reviewing others’ code.

  • Contribute to sales and marketing enablement by training commercial teams on course coverage and graduate capabilities.
