About The Position

Implements specified programmatic grants. Collaborates with community members directly serving the Oregon Health Plan population by providing assistance to individuals and families navigating the local social services and assistance programs. Works to establish and maintain strong community partnerships to effectively promote project awareness by coordinating and attending community outreach events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in social services (psychology, sociology, etc.) or four (4) years demonstrated experience in community outreach services, providing social service information, advocacy, support and assistance to individuals and or families; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license and automobile insurance, and have access to and use of a personal automobile as a condition of employment.
