Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of three years food and beverage retail experience and/or training.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Interact and educate retail clerks.
Maintain all displays so they are fresh and ready.
Conduct monthly inventory.
Clean and organize retail areas to keep free from safety hazards.
Directly supervises team members in the location.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
Planning, assigning, and directing work.
Assisting in appraising performance; rewarding team members;
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
