About The Position
The Great Lakes Loons are seeking candidates to join our Food and Beverage Service Team! Candidates will provide exceptional service and experiences to guests of Dow Diamond. Food and Beverage Service Team members are responsible for carrying out all food and beverage offerings to patrons of Loons games and Dow Diamond Events. This includes: taking orders, accepting payments, fulfilling orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and having fun!
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, people skills, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn.
