The F&B Supervisor is responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in all aspects of leading and directing the front-of-the-house team to deliver AAA Four Diamond level service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of various cuisines while showcasing a thorough understanding of Four Diamond steps of service. Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing the performance and coordination of all work performed by the Team Members. This role requires effective leadership skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience. In this Role: Assist the F&B Manager in setting clear expectations and provide ongoing training to ensure Team Members deliver exceptional experiences. Teach and train the proper steps of service ensuring consistency in delivery. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Evaluate, oversee, and provide coaching opportunities regarding job performance of Team Members. Ensure that all Team Members are knowledgeable of and adhere to all Gun Lake Casino’s Standards, policies, and procedure for the department. Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort’s “Unsurpassed Service” and AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with menu selections and accommodate special requests. Interact with guests to ensure an outstanding dining experience and promptly address any concerns or feedback Assist the F&B Manager in monitoring and managing restaurant expenses, including food, beverage, supplies, and labor costs, to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with ServSafe food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to understand guest preferences, receive feedback, and adjust to enhance the overall dining experience. Responsible for handling any Team Member or Guest opportunities. All other duties as assigned.
