The Fatherhood Case Manager is an experienced human services professional responsible for providing comprehensive case management, participant support, and administrative coordination for the Fatherhood Program. Working with a high degree of independence, this position helps fathers strengthen family relationships, increase engagement with their children, overcome barriers to stability, and achieve personal and family goals. The Fatherhood Case Manager collaborates with participants, service providers, and community partners to connect fathers with employment, educational, health, and social service resources. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and outreach, facilitation of parenting and fatherhood education groups, maintenance of program documentation, data entry, and progress reporting. The ideal candidate is committed to father engagement, family strengthening, and community-based service delivery and uses a strengths-based approach to support positive outcomes for fathers, children, and families.
